Fendemo is a no-code platform that allows you to create high-fidelity, interactive replicas of your web product for sales demos and product tours. Our service includes a Chrome extension for capturing your live application's UI and a web platform for customizing, hosting, and sharing these interactive demos.

Account Setup and Eligibility

To access our software, you must create a Fendemo account. By signing up, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
• If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you have the authority to bind that organization to these rules.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must notify us immediately if you suspect any security breach or unauthorized access to your account.

Scope of License

Fendemo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our Chrome extension and web platform during your subscription or lifetime term. This right is intended for your internal business operations - specifically for capturing, hosting, and displaying interactive product simulations. Our software may include automatic updates to improve performance or security.

Customer Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership: You own everything you create. We do not claim ownership of your demos or content.

Our Role: By using our services, you give us permission to host and process your content so your demos can be viewed. This involves creating demos page and demo thumbnail, optimizing code for playback, and generating anonymous usage analytics to improve our engine.

Visibility: If you choose to share a demo publicly or embed it, it will be visible to anyone with that link. Please adjust your privacy settings within the dashboard to control who can access your demos.

Company Intellectual Property

The Fendemo (website and chrome extension) and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fendemo. Our trademarks, logos, and intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Fendemo.

Customer Recognition and Showcase

We are proud of our community. By using Fendemo, you grant us a limited license to display your company name and logo in our marketing materials, customer lists, and website showcases to identify you as a Fendemo customer.

Demo Content: We will never use your actual demo data, or captured content for public marketing or showcases without your explicit, written permission.

Opt-Out: If you would like to remain entirely anonymous or have your brand assets removed, please contact us at hello@fendemo.com, and we will process your request within 5 business days.

Proper Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use Fendemo for any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our extension or platform.
• Distributing harmful, illegal, or unauthorized content using Fendemo hosting.
• Using any automated system (robots, scrapers) to access the service or extract data.
• Attempting to circumvent platform security, authentication, or usage limits.
• Interfering with the proper working of the extension or our server infrastructure.
• Recording and sharing content that infringes on the intellectual property of others.

Billing and Refund Policy

One-Time Purchase (Lifetime Deal): Access to specified features for the life of the Fendemo product. Demos are limited to the specific count included in your purchased plan. Includes all standard platform features and future updates.

Subscription Billing: For recurring plans, you will be billed in advance on a periodic basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Third Party Services

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party sites and tools not operated or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, privacy policies, or data handling practices of these external services. You use such third-party services at your own risk under their separate terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Fendemo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. Furthermore, Fendemo does not guarantee any specific business results, including but not limited to increased sales, user engagement, or commercial success, from the use of our platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fendemo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Website.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.
